HALYNA
Do you feel it when she cries?
And die a bit inside?
And ever wonder why
She stuck by you?
Would you die to her smile?
If even for a while?
To feel alive in love
And forget what’s behind you
I want to be there when you are
And not see anything else at all
I want to be there when you fall
So why don’t you write?
Yeah at least write
And try to say it right
Do you see her in your dreams?
And wish you never woke
To stare at empty walls
Where your love just haunts you
Does she whisper in your ear?
To tell you she still cares
When you’re frozen by your fears
That she disowned you
I want to be there when you are
And not see anything else at all
I want to be there when you fall
So why don’t you write
Just write
Oh I can’t think of anything which can stop my mind from thinking
Where you are and how you are
And how you did all those little things
Which make you what you are
I need to write
Just write
About how I long to put my arms around you
Because what you are is a star and that’s why you’re beautiful
When I long to be around you
Any way
I knew you were the best thing in the world to ever happen to me
Because that’s how the best things are
I write down all those little things which make you what you are
Those little pieces of the everything you are
I stare at empty walls and write
About how I long to put my arms around you
And run away
I need to write
About how I long to put my arms around you
Because what you are is a star and that’s why you’re beautiful
When I long to be around you
Any way
